①当货物到达你们仓库时，如果拆包检查发现产品存在质量问题（破损、污渍、瑕疵、尺码出错、漏件……），请联系我们向我们提供质量问题照片/开包视频，我们会给你的客户提供修复/更换/补发的服务。
②如果货物到达你的仓库时，拆包检查后，你的客户主观意愿上对产品不想要、不满意、不喜欢（非质量问题）。你可以为你的客户申请退货退款（不退运费）。如果你的客户要求换货（非质量问题），你只能先申请退货退款，退货理由选择：“不想要了”（不包邮，运费不退），然后让你的客户重新下单。
