Returns

First of all, thanks for using Basetao as your shopping agent. We understand that there may be instances when you may want to return a product or exchange an item that we purchased on your behalf.

The most sellers have accept a return or exchange within 7 days from the day we receive the parcel. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please inform us as soon as possible within the 7-day period. We will contact the seller to return or exchange the item.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition. If you checked the 'remove packaging' option when you placed the order it's not in original condition. Please note that in such cases, we cannot guarantee that the return or exchange will be accepted by the seller.

The customer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return or exchange.
